Call Recording and History

Note
You must have the call recording feature enabled as well as certain permissions to record and listen to previously made calls. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager for more information.

  • All calls made through the dialer are automatically recorded.
  • All call recordings are secure and require a decryption key which can only be accessed by users in the TE system with the correct permissions.
  • All call recordings are stored in TE. There is not the option to only store certain calls.
