- Go to totalexpert.net.
- Under the Sign In button, click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address then click Generate Password.
- Navigate to your email and open the email titled “Total Expert Reset your password.”
- Please check your spam or junk folders if you don't see the email.
- Within the email, click Reset your password.
- A pop-up box appears.
- Input your new password.
- You password must contain the following:
- Be a minimum of 8 characters long
- Contains 1 lowercase character
- Contains 1 uppercase character
- Contains 1 number
- Contains 1 special character
- Confirm your password and click Set password.
