This tool is for users that have advanced Lead Management permissions. Please reach out to your Marketing Administrator for more information.
- This tool allows you to get in touch with leads that are owned but have not been contacted in over 30 days. These leads appear based on how your call queue is built. Please reach out to your Marketing Administration team to learn more about how to build your call queue.
- On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Call Queue.
- Under the Call Queue page title, choose the Standard view.
- Under Claimable Leads Queue, on the right side of the page, click Claim this Lead.
- A pop-up box appears.
- That lead has now been claimed and is added to your lead list.
- Click Return to Call Queue to claim more leads OR click Go to Lead Details to view more OR click the X to exit the pop-up.
