Tip
TE recommends uploading an image with a 2:3 ratio and 300 DPI resolution.
- In the top navigation bar, click your account name > Marketing Profile.
- In the Account Images section:
- If you want to remove your existing profile image, check the Remove box.
- If you want to upload a new image:
- Click the File Upload button.
- Locate the image file on your computer and select it. The recommended image size is 50 kB, and the file cannot exceed 5 MB. You can only use .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .gif file types.
- Click the Save Changes button.
Tip
After updating your company logo or profile image, you may need to refresh your page in order to see the updated picture(s).

The image below reflects an earlier maximum file size of 1 MB. The process is otherwise unchanged.
