How to Place Calls Using the Dialer

Note
The following instructions cover how to use the communications package dialer within the Lead Management page. These features can also be used when communicating with contacts on the Contacts page as well.

Clicking on Hyperlinked Phone Numbers

1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Lead Management > Leads.
2. Use the search bar to quickly find your contact(s). 
   • Search by name, email, or phone number.
3. Click the phone number that is associated with the lead. 
   • A pop-up box appears. 
4. Click the green Call button to make an outbound call. 

Using the Telephone Icon

1. On the top navigation bar, click the blue telephone icon.
   • A pop-up box appears.
2. Input the phone number then click the green Call button.
