This feature is permission-based. You only see Facebook if you do not have the correct Instagram permissions. Please reach out to your Administrator to learn more.
- You need a Instagram business account. Click HERE to learn more.
- On the top navigation, click your account name > Integration Settings.
- Note: You must first disconnect, then reconnect if the account is already connected to Facebook.
- Next to the Meta integration, click Connect.
- A pop-up box appears.
- Click Continue.
- A pop-up box appears.
- Click the dropdown arrow to choose your Facebook Business Page. Any instagram account that is tied to the page is integrated with your Facebook Business Page.
- Click Update Connections.
The Facebook user and Facebook Business Pages along with any connected Instagram professional accounts all integrate with Total Expert.
