Note
This is an administrative feature.
- The user must have their number provisioned before the SMS feature can be used.
- Users must have a phone number added to their account.
- Users who already have numbers provisioned do not need their numbers provisioned again.
- On the left navigation, click Organization Admin > Communication Settings.
- In the search bar, input the name of the user that needs their phone number provisioned.
- Check the box next to the name of the user.
- Click Provision phone number.
- A pop-up box appears.
- Select which number needs to be provisioned then click Generate Number(s).
