Total Expert Mobile App Feature Summary

Total Expert’s mobile app can be used to text with contacts from your mobile device as well as view a mobile version of their contact records. The SMS technology is set up to trigger opt-in/out requests and is 10DLC compliant. When a user views a contact record in the app, they are provided with a link to view the full contact record in the platform.


The app includes an alphabetized list of the user’s contacts, along with search, sort, and filter functions. Individual contact records let you send a text message, call their phone number, and view notes and tasks associated with that record. The app also allows for in-app notifications and client self-serve phone number provisioning. It is available on both iOS and Android phone systems with biometric login.


Users can log in natively using the same user name and password as they would on the Web. The same single-sign on (SSO) options, such as JumpCloud, Salesforce, or Okta, are available. The mobile app also includes options to set up biometric login using your device's capability. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is not supported.
