Our July release includes targeted enhancements based on your feedback, along with continued updates to the Rate Quote capabilities launched in May. ⭐ Broader Loan Term Options for More Flexible Quoting
Users can now select 25- and 40-year loan terms in Pricing Engine Defaults, Rate Quotes, and Rate Flyers, making it easier to accommodate non-standard loan products and improve borrower fit. Compatible with Optimal Blue and Polly.

⭐ Standardized Lock Period Selection for Greater Accuracy
To ensure consistency and reduce entry errors, the Desired Lock Period field now limits selections to standard values (15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 days) across Rate Flyers, Rate Quotes, and Pricing Engine Defaults, ensuring clean data and accurate pricing requests.
⭐ Better Clarity on Comparison Loan Functionality
To improve usability for Rate Quotes, we’ve added helper text to the Comparison Loan field explaining where the data appears, along with an enhanced UI layout for better visibility and usability, making the feature easier to understand at a glance.
⭐ Improved Pricing Precision with County-Level Data
County FIPS codes are now passed along to Polly during pricing and MI requests, enabling more precise product matching where county-specific rules apply.

⭐ Enhanced Login Accuracy and Confidence
Total Expert users can now toggle password visibility on both desktop and mobile using an “eye” icon when logging in, helping improve successful logins.
⭐ Ensure Data Accuracy for Referral Tracking
When creating contacts in the mobile app, the “Referred By” field now reliably saves and syncs to the platform, ensuring valuable referral data is captured and visible across systems.
Increased Visibility for Internal Teams
Internal users can now see the email owner (creator) directly in the Email Library view. This enhancement brings clarity to who created each template, especially when working with shared or admin users.
Aligned with Current Social Brands
Instances of the legacy Twitter logo and label have been updated to reflect the appropriate “X” branding, ensuring consistency with current social media standards and reducing user confusion.
