- Navigate to your Total Expert Inc mobile app.
- At the bottom of the app, tap Messages.
- Use the search bar or the filter to find your contact.
- Click on the name of the contact you would like to message.
- In the message text box, type in your message then tap return/enter.
- The message is sent to the contact's phone number on file.
