How to View SMS Text Chat History in Mobile App

Tip
If you tap the message in a push notification, the app automatically opens the relevant conversation.

1. Navigate to the Total Expert, Inc. mobile app.
2. At the bottom of the app, tap Messages. 
3. Use the search bar to find your contact.
   1. The list is sorted by date and time of the last incoming message in the conversation.
   2. Pinned conversations are kept at the top of the list, regardless of when the last message was.
4. Tap the name of the contact you have messaged. 
5. The SMS message history appears.
