How to Update My Account Information

Note

Please reach out to your organization Administrator if you cannot update information in your account settings. If you do not know who to contact, feel free to send an email to Support@TotalExpert.com


Account settings consist of the following information: 

  • Profile
  • Contact information
  • Address
  • Notification settings
  • Business unit
  • Password
  • 3rd party source settings


Updating Account Settings

  1. In the top navigation bar, click your account name > Account Settings
  2. Update the fields you want to change. 
  3. In the top-left corner of the page, click Save Changes
