How to Create New Single Property Websites With MLS Number

Note

  • By default, single property websites will be published under the Total Expert domain name. If you want to use a different domain, click HERE to learn more.
  • Lender users may not be able to use a custom domain name, but their co-marketing partners can.
  • The single property site will need to be updated manually if any information regarding the property is updated on the MLS.

  1. On the left navigation, click Web Marketing > Single Property Sites
  2. Click Create
  3. Update your settings:
    • Show Co-Marketing Agent's Listings - Search listings from a specific co-marketing partner's MLS ID and MLS Region
    • Search By MLS# - Search listings by MLS#
    • Search By State - Search listing by state
    • Search By Location - This search function searches for MLS listings using each section of an address such as street number, street name, and city. This field also searches for school districts, subdivisions, and neighborhood names associated with MLS listings. In order to improve search efficiency we suggest searching for complete addresses if possible.
    • Listing Status - Active, pending, sold, contingent, and coming soon
    • Website Status - Select if the website is viewable (active) or not (inactive)
    • Choose Your Template - Select a template
    • Agent Partners AND/OR Lender Partners - Select which agent or lender partner's contact information shows on the website. Failure to do so will result in a single property site without contact information.
  4. On the right side of the page, choose a listing.
    • (Optional) Click the pencil icon to customize your website. Some users will not have the ability to customize.
    • Click HERE to learn more about customization.
  5. Under the pencil icon, click the globe icon (Publish).
  6. Update your settings.
    • Page Address Link - End of the url as it appears after the domain name. This field can only contain letters, numbers, and dashes with no spaces.
  7. At the top of the page, click Actions > Save.

Tip

It is always good practice to preview your single property website before saving. Click HERE to learn how to share your property sites to social media.
