Looking ahead, we’re excited about the work we have underway. Engage SMS will soon support email notifications, call forwarding, and enhanced reporting. Our AI Sales Assistant continues to evolve in partnership with clients including solutions tailored to both retail and call center use cases. Development on our next-generation Encompass integration is on track for October, and Lead Management continues to progress, focused on helping lenders respond faster and convert more opportunities. Journey-Based Push Loan Action Now Available with Outbound Data Connector
We’ve added a highly requested enhancement to the Outbound Data Connector: the ability to trigger a Push Loan action directly within a Journey. This new capability enables automation of loan data delivery for use with conversational AI tools, content providers, and our integration partners.
Previously available only from the loan action menu, Push Loan is now available as a Journey Action, providing greater flexibility and scalability in your automation workflows.
Please consult with Total Expert before implementing this new feature to ensure compatibility with your external vender.
Mobile App Enhancements
Empowering loan officers to manage activity logs with greater accuracy and flexibility
⭐ Delete Outcomes and Notes on Mobile
Loan officers can now delete logged notes and outcomes directly from the mobile app. Whether a note was added in error or an outcome was incorrectly assigned, users can easily remove these entries to keep their records clean and accurate. A confirmation prompt ensures that deletions are intentional, as removed items are also purged from the activity log on the web.

Sales Manager Dashboard Now in Open Beta
The Sales Manager Dashboard has officially moved out of Closed Beta and is now in Open Beta for all clients. Designed to empower sales leaders with real-time insights and actionable analytics, this release brings a trio of dashboards purpose-built to improve productivity, accountability, and performance across your lending teams.
Highlights:
- User Activity: Understand platform usage through login data, email performance, and task creation and completion details, drillable for deeper engagement insights.
- Sales Performance & Production: Track your team’s full pipeline, from created to funded loans, and explore loan production by loan officer and referral partner with drillable details for each stage.
- Customer Intelligence: Analyze conversion metrics by platform user, uncover top performers, and view loan production tied to alerts and contact activity.
Sales Manager Dashboard is now available for specific embedded analytics users, including Marketing Admin User Roles and any User Roles with 'Sales Manager,' 'Branch,' 'Team,' or 'Regional' in the description. If there are user roles in your organization that do not align with this criteria and should have access to the Sales Manager Dashboard, please reach out to your CSM.

When a connected co-marketing partner publishes a new listing to the MLS, a pre-built marketing kit will be automatically generated. Marketing kits will include customized, co-branded content that is immediately ready for the loan officer to share.

⭐ nCino/SimpleNexus SMS Opt-In Integration
This update enhances the way loan officers using nCino’s (SimpleNexus) digital app capture and pass SMS opt-in consent into Total Expert.
This is an optional feature that allows customers to collect TCPA-compliant SMS consent via their POS application and sync it directly to Total Expert via API. It ensures borrowers are properly opted in and allows organizations to leverage SMS and voice communication automation confidently.

⭐ Rate Quote Enhancements
- Enhanced Geographic Accuracy in Polly Pricing: Polly pricing requests now include both county FIPS codes and full street addresses (when available) for flyers. These updates improve loan product match accuracy by incorporating more precise location data.
- Track Quote Activity in Pipeline Views: A new Quote Created Date column is available in Pipeline Views for users with Quotes and Rate functionality. This helps loan officers compare when a quote was created relative to their last outreach, offering stronger visibility into engagement recency.
- Added Fields For Better Searching: To provide deeper insights and more refined product matching, new fields for Prepayment Penalty Term and DSCR Income Verification have been added to the PPE search tools.
- Clear Indicators for Expired Quotes: When a quote expires, the Quote Created Date column in Pipeline Views will now reflect that status with a visual indicator. Users hovering over the icon will see a tooltip explaining that the quote is no longer valid, helping prevent confusion when reviewing stale engagement timelines.
- Optimal Blue Lead Source Enhancements: To improve the output of pricing requests using Optimal Blue, a new Source field has been added to the PPE Defaults page. This ensures the required “leadSource” field is reliably delivered when configured, preventing scenarios where missing data would not produce pricing results.
⭐ Engage SMS Improvements
- Improved Chat Widget Experience: Users now benefit from a consistent and reliable experience when sending opt-in requests from Communication Preferences, as the chat widget launches directly. Additionally, display limitations have been resolved across major browsers and mobile devices, ensuring the widget is fully visible regardless of zoom level.
Content Enhancements
- ⭐ Dynamic Link Selection for Video Social Posts: Video posts now support the same dynamic URL selection as image-based posts.
- Email Builder: Dynamic Email & Phone Fields: Marketers can now insert sender or co-marketer dynamic email and phone contact fields as clickable buttons.
- Email Builder: Context-Aware Labeling: The link label in the Email Builder now dynamically updates to reflect the selected link type (e.g., Phone Number, Email Address) improving clarity for admins configuring content..

- Co-Marketer Profile Role Validation: Added logic to prevent accidental role changes when associating existing users as co-marketing partners.
- Restore Lead Opportunity Stages: Default opportunity stages were reinstated to preserve system integrity.
- Bulk Contact Deletion Safety Check: Contacts linked to active accounts are now protected from being deleted via bulk actions.
- Performance Optimization: Improved performance in the ContactLookupService for environments with millions of records.
