How to Organize My Contact List Columns

The column picker allows you to edit the contact columns on your contact list. You can then rearrange your columns by dragging and dropping them in an order that you prefer. 


Commonly added columns include:

  • Birthday
  • Address
  • Email
  • Phone Cell
  • OK to SMS (Contact text message preference)
  • Lead Source

Edit Columns

  1. Navigate to Leads & Contacts > Contacts
  2. At the top of the page, click the Edit Columns button. A slide-out panel appears.
  3. Check the box(es) next to the column(s) you want to add to the table. Uncheck the box(es) for those you want to remove. 
    • The columns are organized into groups. Click a group header to expand it.
    • Use the search bar at the top of the panel to find specific column names.
    • A blue checkmark icon signifies the column has been added. 
    • Your list updates in the background. 
  4. Click the X in the upper-right corner of the panel to go back to your newly updated contact list. 
  5. Click, drag, and drop your columns to reorder them. 
    • Note: The Actions, Notes, and Name columns cannot be reordered.
