NOTE: The dialer feature in Total Expert is no longer available to new customers. These instructions remain valid for users who still have access.
Users that are utilizing the Total Expert Communications Package (paid feature) can choose their preferred dialer within their profile settings. Toggling this feature on allows you to make and accept calls in the TE system.
- In the top navigation bar, click your account name > Account Settings.
- Under Profile, scroll down to Phone Preference.
- Check Total Expert Dialer.
- Note: You must be using the Communications Package to toggle this feature.
- Click Save Changes.
