How to Edit and View Org-Wide Groups for Contacts

  • This article starts after you have found the contact you want to view or edit. Click HERE to learn more about how to view contact record information. 


  1. Once you have found the contact, scroll down to the Groups section.
  2. Next to the Groups header, click Edit
    • A pop-up appears.
  3. Under Required Groups, click the down arrow and select one or more groups.
    • Clicking on the X next to the group removes that group from the contact.
  4. Click Save when finished.
