Note
Organizations that are using org-wide groups see two different group labels. Organizations that are not using org-wide groups do not see two different group labels – they only see one.
- On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Contacts.
- Use the search bar to quickly find your contact.
- Search by name, email, or phone number.
- Click the name of the contact.
- Scroll down the page.
- Under the Profile tab, look for the Groups section.
- Both required groups and regular groups appear.

Clicking Edit next to Groups allows you to add and remove a contact from groups. Click HERE to learn more.
