How to Cancel Print Marketing Orders

This action cannot be undone! 

• You need to reach out to Product Support at Support@totalexpert.com to cancel orders that have already been approved and have been sent to a printer. 

1. On the left navigation, click Print Marketing > Orders. 
2. Under the Actions column, click the three dots > Decline [amount owed]
   • The order is now declined.
