Agents: How to Assign Drip Campaigns to a Contact

There are 3 ways to add contacts to a drip campaign:

  1. Assign 1 or more contacts via the contacts list.
  2. Assign an individual contact from their details page.
  3. Assign an entire group of contacts from the campaigns list.

In each case, you have the option to select 1 of your registered co-marketing partners so that any co-branded emails in the campaign will include both your contact information and your partner's.

Via the Contacts List

  1. Navigate to Leads & Contacts > Contacts.
  2. Use the search bar to quickly find your contact(s).
    • Search by name, email, or phone number.
  3. Check the box next to each contact name you want to add to the campaign.
  4. Select Actions > Marketing > Add email campaign.
  5. In the slide-out panel, select an email campaign and a co-marketer (if applicable) from the drop-down lists.
  6. Click the Submit button.

Via the Contact Details Page

  1. Navigate to Leads & Contacts > Contacts.
  2. Use the search bar to quickly find your contact.
    • Search by name, email, or phone number.
  3. Click the name of the contact.
  4. Scroll down to the Email Campaigns section and click the Add Campaign button.
  5. In the pop-up box:
    1. Choose your campaign.
    2. (Optional) Choose your co-marketing partner.
    3. Click the Add Campaign button.
