Agents: How to Create Manual Groups

You can create groups to help organize your contacts. Manual groups do not have any connected criteria or filters added.


  1. Navigate to Leads & Contacts > Groups.
  2. Click the +Create button.
  3. Input a name and a description for the group.
    1. If you see a Smart Group Filters section, do not add any criteria.
  4. Click the Submit button.
