How to Create a Lead Capture App

Note: You may only see certain layout options depending on your access. 


Lead capture apps generate registration forms that you use at events, open houses, and on social media. These on-screen forms allow you to easily gather contact, lead, and prospect information. 


  1. Select Lead Capture Apps in the navigation menu.
  2. At the top of the page, click the +Create button.
  3. Update your settings (note that some fields do not appear depending on which layout you select):
    • Layout - Select an option that makes sense for the type of event you are planning.
    • Page Status - Check the Active box to ensure the page is viewable. If this is unchecked, the page is not viewable.
    • Page Name - Does not appear on the app itself, however it does determine the URL of the app.
    • Website Domain - If available, select a registered custom domain name.
    • Website Address - This uneditable field displays the automatically generated link to the app that includes page name as well as a unique number.
    • Lead Source Select an existing lead source or create a new one. Allows you to set options for incoming leads to have them shared with co-marketing partners or have an email send to new contacts automatically. 
    • Page Title - Enter a customer-facing title that appears at the top of the form.
    • Page Subtitle - Enter a subtitle that appears under the page title.
    • Show My Profile - Select whether to include account information in the footer of the page.
    • Lender - Select the profile of the lender that should appear on the form.
    • Agent - Select the profile of the agent that should appear on the form.
    • Background Image - Upload a new background image to appear on the form. 
  4. At the top of the page, click the Save Landing Page button.

How to View a Lead Capture App

  1. Select Lead Capture Apps in the navigation menu.
  2. In the Link column, click View Page. A new tab opens to display the form, ready to use.

How to Update an Existing Lead Capture App

  1. Select Lead Capture Apps in the navigation menu.
  2. In the list, locate the item you want to update and check its box on the left side of the page. 
  3. At the top of the page, click the Update Selected button (pencil icon).
  4. Make your updates, then click the Save Landing Page button.

How to Delete a Lead Capture App

  1. Select Lead Capture Apps in the navigation menu.
  2. In the list, locate the item you want to update and check its box on the left side of the page. 
  3. At the top of the page, click the Delete Selected button (trash can icon).
  4. Click the Ok button in the confirmation box.
