This month’s updates give you more ways to strengthen customer retention, accelerate growth, and improve loan officer performance. New use cases for AI Sales Assistant enable rapid and contextual engagement of existing customers! The Sales Manager Dashboard offers greater visibility and control to drive stronger sales execution. And when combined with the enhancements released in late September for campaign execution and SMS communication, these October updates make it even easier to scale retention strategies and deliver lasting value across every customer relationship.
Looking Ahead
Customer Intelligence is becoming even more powerful with two major enhancements.
- Multi-Bureau Credit Monitoring provides lenders the flexibility to work with up to three credit bureaus, expanding coverage and delivering as much as 20% more Mortgage Credit Inquiry Alerts. The result is earlier, more actionable borrower signals that make it easier to retain customers, recapture past borrowers, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Credit Improvement Alerts will allow you to designate a preferred bureau, ensuring insights align with your organization’s data strategy.
Together, these updates provide a more timely and complete view of borrower credit health—fueling smarter engagement and stronger retention throughout the customer lifecycle.
Engage SMS will be expanding with call forwarding and enhanced reporting. Our development of Lead Management continues to progress - we cannot wait to share updates on this at the upcoming Accelerate conference! Finally, our Fusion integration for Encompass remains on track for November, when we’ll begin transitioning clients currently using the Encompass SDK.

This release includes a refresh to Expert Content, ensuring compliance, relevance, and alignment with today’s market dynamics. Updates include:
- Mortgage: Pre-approval journey (NEW): From the moment pre-approval is issued, borrowers receive timely guidance and support through the home search and eventual purchase. Use this journey alongside the Pre-Qualified Journey within your sales process or consider blending emails into a single experience.
- Delight customers with updated Holiday Greeting Card templates: Total Expert is pleased to offer the Holiday Greeting Card Program again this year. Templates and Expert Content designs are in your library under Manage Marketing > Manage Templates, under the "Greeting Cards", "Direct Mail Postcards", and Non-Direct Mail Postcard" categories. A new user-facing email announcement has been published to the email gallery. Details and how-to resources for admins and end users can be found here, and they reflect 2025 ordering deadlines and costs.
