Update Profile Photo

1. In the page header, click your account name > Marketing Profile.
2. In the Account Images section:
   1. If you want to remove your existing profile image, check the Remove box.
   2. If you want to upload a new image:
      1. Click the File Upload button under the Profile Image label.
      2. Locate the image file on your computer and select it. The recommended image size is 50 kB, and the file cannot exceed 5 MB. You can only use .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and .gif file types.
         Tip: TE recommends uploading an image with a 2:3 ratio and 300 DPI resolution.
3. Click the Save Changes button.

Tip

After updating your company logo or profile image, you may need to refresh your page in order to see the updated picture(s).

Update Company Logo

If you are having issues with how your logo appears on your print or marketing materials, it could be because your logo is too big. Logos tend to shrink when they do not conform to the dimensions of the logo space on the flyer.

You need to re-create your marketing material after you update your logo in order to see the change. You may also need to refresh marketing pages that use the logo.

1. In the page header, click your account name > Marketing Profile.
2. Click the File Upload button under the Company Logo label.
3. Locate the image file on your computer and select it.
   • Note: The same file restrictions and recommendations apply as for profile images except that the 2:3 ratio does not apply.
4. Click the Save Changes button when finished.
