Fueling Growth with Automation, Insights, and Engagement
This month’s release introduces a range of enhancements designed to streamline campaign planning, provide more visibility for managers, and improve personalization across channels. Each update is built to help your teams move faster and with greater precision as you work to win customers for life.
Looking Ahead
We’re laying the foundation for smarter, scalable growth heading into Q4 and beyond. Engage SMS will expand with call forwarding and enhanced usage reporting, while Customer Intelligence becomes even more powerful with a simplified setup to add Credit Improvement Alerts as well as the much-anticipated Multi-Bureau Credit Monitoring. Our AI Sales Assistant is proving value with Direct-To-Consumer and will soon be able to support retail lending use cases like periodic mortgage reviews and Customer Intelligence Rate Alerts. Lead Management remains in active development with the help of direct client feedback to ensure it meets the needs of your originators. Finally, our Fusion integration for Encompass remains on track for November, and we will begin the transition for our clients currently using the Encompass SDK.

Small Wins. Big Impact.
Sometimes the smallest enhancements make the biggest difference. This release brings targeted updates across four key areas that simplify workflows, strengthen oversight, and accelerate daily productivity.
Sales Manager Dashboard
Expanded dashboards convert activity into action. Managers get one place to see momentum, remove roadblocks, and direct effort where it drives units and funded volume. Updates include:
- Current Pipeline funnel + user level details: See Created → Applications → Locked → Funded at a glance, pinpoint bottlenecks by user, and forecast with greater confidence.
- Top & Bottom Users by Funded Loans: Side by side charts surface leaders for fast recognition and help identify opportunities for remediation.
- Referral Partner performance visuals & richer agent grids: Quickly rank buyers’ and sellers’ Agents by loan units and funded volume, then sort or drill to target the partners who actually move production.
- User Activity task widgets: Top creators, task mix (Manual/Journey/Focused View), and completion rates spotlight workload, automation impact, and coaching opportunities.
- Customer Intelligence indicators: Contacts with Alerts, Application Volume, and Funded Volume help identify how the insights are converting into outcomes.
- Customer Intelligence Conversion Metrics UX pass: Normalized “last month” views, location filtering, repaired indicators, and clarifying tooltips build trust in KPIs and make comparisons easier.
Rate Enhancements
Cleaner outputs, fewer pricing exceptions, and a smoother quote to lock experience for loan officers and borrowers:
- Polly APR saved to three decimals: Ensures the Polly integration limits APR values to three decimals, so emails and flyers display clean, consistent rates instead of unintended 14-decimal figures.
- Prepayment Penalty Term in Rate Quote: Captures the required term and passes it to pricing engines (Optimal Blue/Polly) correctly, reducing rework and lock errors.
Mobile App
Updates to our mobile messaging app that align with the most recent requirements from Apple and Google to ensure compatibility with new or updated operating systems and APIs while maintaining stability and improving app performance.
Content Marketing
Usability upgrades that protect the brand and help speed up publishing:
- Native Zoom Controls in Template Editor: Built-in zoom slider (50%–800%), fit to viewport toggle, and alignment fix replace legacy tools, giving content creators precise control when previewing assets.
- PDF Generator Increased DPI to 300: All PDFs now render at higher resolution for sharper, more professional outputs without impacting formatting.
- Improved search across content management pages: Improved ranking surfaces the most relevant templates first as a “Best Match" when searching in Print/Social "Create New," "Saved Pages," and "Manage Templates." These updates bring consistency across content workflows, making it faster and easier to find the right templates and assets.
- Expanded Email Builder “Link To” options: Add sender and co-marketing URLs (site, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) without manual tags.
- Emoji support in social captions: Accurate counting, storage, preview, and publishing across Meta, LinkedIn, and X for on-brand expressiveness.
- Social Media Report team filter cap increased to 50: Large orgs can now see all relevant teams.
- Lock Branding Snippets when Brand Lite is enabled: Enforces a single source of truth and prevents conflicting edits outside the Branding Configuration Tool.
Platform Improvements
Easier to understand your org's use of unique fields.
- Custom field indicator in lists: A subtle blue dot marks custom columns in Pipeline and Lead List so users instantly understand what’s standard vs. org specific.
