Note
This feature is designed for administrators of the Total Expert platform.
- Navigate to your Total Expert Account.
- In the top right corner of the page, click on the question mark icon > Help Desk.
- A new page appears.
- In the top right corner of the Help Desk, click on Submit Ticket.
- Input the following information:
- Requestor Email
- Name
- Subject
- Description (add attachments if needed)
- Priority
- Click Submit when finished.
