January’s release is about removing operational friction. We focused on making compliance easier to manage at scale, modernizing how Total Expert connects to your originators, and improving visibility into how teams engage customers every day.
Consent data can now be aggregated and referenced automatically before outreach, including AI Sales Assistant. LOS connectivity has been modernized through Fusion, providing a more resilient foundation as Encompass retires its SDK. Salesforce users gain tighter alignment through real-time contact sync and in-workflow email sending.
We also improved how teams find content, how admins understand adoption and Engage SMS usage, and how AI Sales Assistant hands conversations off to originators, creating a smoother experience for both originators and prospects.
