At the center of the release is Lead Management, a new foundation for how borrower opportunities are handled inside Total Expert. Too many lenders still rely on disconnected systems, spreadsheets, or manual processes to track leads, making it harder to respond quickly and increasing the likelihood of missed opportunities. Lead Management brings leads into the same place where customer relationships already live, giving loan officers a clearer view of what needs attention and giving leaders better visibility into how leads are getting worked across their pipeline. Lead Management will be rolling into general availability by the end of February.

Individually, these changes remove small points of friction. Together, they create a more reliable, connected experience that helps teams stay focused on the work that drives outcomes.

Looking ahead, we’re continuing to invest in capabilities that help teams move faster, engage better, and scale with confidence, deeply integrated across the Total Expert platform. This includes expanding AI Sales Assistant with additional retail use cases, deepening Customer Intelligence to surface more timely and actionable signals, and continuing to build on the foundation of Lead Management. In parallel, we’re improving the Mobile App with enhanced security features and simpler authentication, including more seamless login options (such as biometrics) for SSO-enabled organizations. Together, these advancements reinforce a more connected, intelligent system where insights, automation, security, and human engagement work together to drive better outcomes.
