Admin - How to View and Manage Tickets in the Help Desk Portal

This feature is designed for administrators of the Total Expert platform.

  • You must first submit a ticket to the help desk portal. Click HERE to learn more. 
  1. Navigate to your Total Expert Account. 
  2. In the top right corner of the page, click on the question mark icon > Help Desk
    • A new page appears.
  3. In the top right corner of the Help Desk, click on View Tickets.
    • A list of your previously submitted tickets appears.
  4. Clicking on Open or Pending or Sorted by Date Created allows you to filter your tickets. 
  5. Clicking Export Tickets allows you to filter your ticket requests before exporting to either a .CSV or Excel document.


Tip
Clicking on the subject of the ticket in the ticket list allows you to reply, mark the ticket as closed, or add other administrators to the conversation.
