Note: The instructions here are for the individual image library at Print Marketing > Image Library, but the same instructions apply for the global image library used by administrators at Manage Marketing > Global Image Library.
Adding Files
- Navigate to Print Marketing > Image Library.
- Click in the upload area to open the file picker or drag and drop files into the upload area.
- Select up to 50 images. The following constraints apply:
- Maximum of 50 images per batch
- Maximum of 5 MB per individual file
- Maximum of 250 MB total batch size
- Supported file types:
- jpg
- jpeg

- If you selected files using:
- Click to upload:
- Validation runs immediately after file selection.
- If any constraint is violated, an error message appears and the upload button is disabled.
- You must adjust your selection before the upload can proceed.
- Drag and drop:
- If you uploaded more than 50 files, the system uploads the first 50 files and displays an informational message: “50 of [X] images uploaded. Upload limit is 50 images per batch. Upload remaining images separately.”
- Click to upload:
- Once a valid selection is submitted, upload progress is displayed.
- When the upload is complete, a success message appears and new images are added to the top of the library automatically—no page refresh is required.
Note: The file preview during upload displays the original file name from your device. Once uploaded, images are stored with system-generated names and the original file name is not retained. This does not affect how images appear or function in the library.
Deleting Files
- Navigate to Print Marketing > Image Library.
- Select images by marking the checkboxes.
- Click the Delete button.
- Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.
- Selected image cards are removed from view immediately.
- A success notification appears when deletion is confirmed: “X images deleted successfully.”
- If some images fail to delete, those specific cards reappear with an error state, and an error message is displayed indicating how many failed.
