How Do I Allow For Co-Marketing Partners to Update My Profile?

Lenders are not able to modify the following on an agent's account.

  • Email address
  • MLS Agent ID
  • MLS Association
  • Disclaimers
  • Passwords

Some users may not see the agreement checkbox on step 1 (below) due to certain organizational settings. Please reach out to your administrator if you do not see this option. 


There are two steps when it comes to checking off on the agreement that allows your co-marketing partners to update your profile information. 

  1. Account Settings
  2. Co-Marketing Partners menu


Step 1: Account Settings Menu

  1. Sign into your Total Expert account. 
  2. In the top navigation bar, click your account name > Account Settings
  3. Scroll down to Co-Marketing Settings
  4. Check the box next to the agreement. 
  5. Click Save Changes



Step 2: Co-Marketing Partners Menu

  1. Sign into your Total Expert account. 
  2. On the left navigation, click Co-Marketing Partners
  3. Under Profile Update Authorization, toggle the option to On.
