This month reflects continued investment in the areas that matter most to your teams: Lead Management, timely data visibility, and the day-to-day reliability that admins, marketers, and loan officers depend on.
Lead Management gets several impactful enhancements, including: A "flyout" panel that lets loan officers update lead data directly from the Contacts view without losing their place, an External API for pulling leads in from any source, updated routing controls, including State License Matching to help organizations assign leads compliantly, and continued UX refinements that make the day-to-day experience faster and more intuitive.
To bolster our integration capabilities, we’ve enhanced the Outbound Data Connector, giving teams greater visibility into configuration and clearer awareness of what is happening at every step of the workflow. The new Reporting Center is also ready for use, giving admins self-service access to the reports they need without submitting requests. We’re starting with a set of commonly requested reports, with more to come.
The Mobile App gets stronger, with password lockout now extending to the app, and later in the month, a major experience update to improve the use of biometrics for secure, simple login access. Across the platform, a range of smaller improvements is available across image management, integrations, content, and platform foundations.
Looking ahead, we’ll be delivering high-value new capabilities through the Spring, including:
- A new conversation-based AI reporting tool
- Task management capabilities for the mobile app
- Further expansion of Customer Intelligence
