- You can also choose at any time to opt out of receiving SMS messages by texting "STOP"
- You can text "START" to the number you opted out of to re-subscribe to messages.
- On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Contacts.
- Use the search bar to quickly find your contact(s).
- Search by name, email, or phone number.
- Check the box next to the contact name.
- Click Actions > Update contact preferences > Opt out of SMS.
- A pop-up box appears.
- Click Ok to confirm.
