We said we’d invest here continuously throughout 2026, and we are. April adds more routing controls, expanded journey targeting, and cleaner pipeline visibility. Every release we close the gap between where a lead lands and where it needs to go, faster and with less friction. The details are in the release notes. The direction is clear.
Mobile is becoming the tool loan officers want.
Loan officers work off their phones. Contact-Level Task Management comes to mobile this month for the first time; create, view, and complete tasks without switching to a desktop. Biometric login arrives for SSO-enabled organizations, making daily sign-in faster and more secure. These are the kinds of things that make a real difference in how much a loan officer can get done in a day. This is the direction mobile is going.
Where we’re headed.
April is one piece of a bigger picture. Here’s what’s in motion:
Continued work enabling loan officers to be as productive as possible. Lead Management keeps evolving. Mobile matures past Tasks. AI Sales Assistant enhancements are wrapping up development and on track for GA at the end of April.
Customer Intelligence is expanding with credit and debt enrichment. We’re investing in bringing deeper financial and behavioral data into the platform, giving lenders a more complete picture of every borrower in their portfolio and the ability to move from reactive outreach to proactive, consultative engagement. This is a meaningful evolution of what Customer Intelligence can do for our clients, and it’s on a near-term path. More details coming.
AI Data Assistant will move into a closed beta. Admins and leaders will soon be able to ask plain-language questions about their Total Expert data and get immediate answers; no report requests, no waiting. This is the foundation of something much bigger.
And we continue to invest in the platform capabilities that compound over time: journey reporting, additional capabilities and reporting for Engage SMS, data quality, and the operational improvements that make TE more reliable and easier to work every day. Monthly releases will keep you informed on what’s coming.
