2026 June Product Updates - Executive Summary

Lead Management continues to evolve, reducing manual work and keeping loan officers focused on working leads. This month, lead stages advance automatically when loan status changes in the LOS — no manual updates, no reconciliation.


Credit & Debt Enrichment moves to beta. Helping deliver the most comprehensive financial picture of a consumer, Total Expert can now provide lenders with tradeline-level debt data — balances, utilization rates, payment amounts, interest rates — directly on contact profiles inside Total Expert. Engage SMS keeps expanding. Group Messaging for Engage SMS users arrives later this month, replacing the fragmentation of individual threads with a single loan-aware conversation for everyone working a transaction. And the Engage SMS Reporting Center report gives admins direct, self-service visibility into SMS utilization — no more waiting on a report request.

Where we’re headed.

Referral Partner Management is coming this summer, extending Lead Management with structured referral tracking — loan officers link leads to specific partners, filter by referral source in Pipeline Views, and trigger Journey automation around those relationships. The kind of management that used to live in a spreadsheet, built into the platform.


Lead Management on mobile arrives later this month: view leads, update stages, log notes and outcomes from anywhere.


We continue to invest heavily in giving teams direct access to their data. Reporting Center keeps expanding with new templates and capabilities each release, and this summer AI Data Assistant moves toward customer access. Admins will be able to ask plain-language questions about their Total Expert data and get immediate answers. No report requests. No waiting.
