Lead Management keeps getting better as we continue to invest in this feature. We’ve already made meaningful enhancements based on early adopter feedback. This month delivers improved routing logic, better pipeline visibility, and stronger audit controls.
Introducing Credit & Debt Enrichment (Closed Beta)
Soon, lenders will see the full financial picture of their contacts inside Total Expert. Tradeline-level data — income, credit scores, and current debt — available directly in contact records. Stop waiting for borrowers to come to you. Start reaching out with the context to have conversations that keep you ahead of your competitors. This enters a closed beta this month.
The platform continues to earn its place in the daily workflow.
- RETR HVR gives loan officers a reason to reach out that borrowers will appreciate: personalized home value reports. HVRs are delivered, and activity is tracked inside Total Expert, with consent captured automatically. No separate tool. No extra step.
- Group Messaging arrives in early June, replacing the back-and-forth of individual Engage SMS threads with a single conversation for everyone working a transaction. More info to come!
- The Reporting Center expands with new templates so admins can answer their own data questions without submitting requests.
Where we’re headed.
We continue to help loan officers improve productivity. In mid-June, Lead Management is coming to the mobile app: view leads, update stages, log notes, and outcomes from anywhere. Coming in July, LOS Automated Lead Stage Updates will eliminate manual reconciliation between systems — when a loan status changes in the LOS, the lead record in Total Expert will update automatically.
Referral Partner Management is in development and is scheduled for a late July release. The free-text referral field becomes a structured relationship. Loan officers link leads to a specific referral source, filter by partners in Pipeline Views, and trigger Journey automation, such as thank-you messages and lead-stage updates. The kind of relationship management that used to live in a spreadsheet, built into the platform.
The AI Data Assistant moves toward closed beta. Admins will be able to ask plain-language questions about their Total Expert data and get immediate answers. No report requests. No waiting.
