How to Drop Pre Recorded Voicemails to Customers

NOTE: The dialer feature in Total Expert is no longer available to new customers. These instructions remain valid for users who still have access.


  • This feature allows you to leave a pre-recorded message when the recipient's voicemail picks up. 


Create Drop Voicemail Message

  1. In the top navigation bar, click your account name > Manage Voicemail.
  2. Under Manage Voicemail, click the Drop Message tab. 
  3. Click + Add a voicemail drop message
    • A pop-up appears. 
  4. Clicking on the Record button allows you to record your message.
  5. Clicking the Stop button stops the recording. 
    • Note: Recordings cannot exceed one minute.
  6. (Optional) Click Play Recording to hear a playback. 
  7. Enter a name for the message. 
  8. Click Save Message.
    • You have the option to choose which message is your default after more than one message is recorded.



Drop Message to Contact

  1. Place a call using the dialer. Click HERE to learn more. 
  2. When the recipient's voicemail picks up, use the Voicemail Drop to choose a voicemail. 
  3. Click Drop Message when done.
