- Lead Management gets a meaningful expansion. Referral Partner Management replaces the free-text “Referred By” field with a structured relationship — loan officers can link a referring partner directly to a lead, filter Pipeline Views by referral source, and automate Journey communications that keep partners informed as leads progress. At the same time, leads from Zapier, Evocalize, and YLopo now arrive automatically via the External API, and Pipeline Views add forty-four standard loan data columns so teams can see rate, loan type, close date, and more without leaving their list.
- The Reporting Center has its biggest month since launch. Five new templates — covering consent history, Customer Intelligence ROI, SMS conversation data, and more — replace a stack of report requests with direct admin self-service access. Admins who have been waiting on custom reports for any of this data won’t need to wait anymore.
- Engage SMS adds Group Messaging. Co-borrowers, agents, and title contacts can now be brought into a single thread instead of separate conversations, keeping the full transaction team aligned from first contact to close.
