Toll-Free Numbers in Total Expert

Users can set up toll-free phone numbers associated with their Total Expert lead management. You can specify either an 888- prefix or an 866- prefix; otherwise the number is not customizable.

Numbers (toll-free or otherwise) used for lead management do not have any SMS features.

Organizations cannot use toll-free numbers for legacy (1-way) or Engage (2-way) SMS features in Total Expert.
