How to Set Up a Voicemail Greeting

This feature is permission-based. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager to learn more. 


User's can use a default or set up a custom outgoing voicemail greeting when using the outbound caller. 


  1. In the top navigation bar, click your account name > Manage Voicemail
  2. Under Current outgoing voicemail message:
    • If the default message is being used, the text of the transcription shows. 
    • If a custom recording is being used, the playback options show.
  3. Under Create a new voicemail message:
    • Use the system message - This is the default voicemail transcription highlighted above.
    • Record a custom message - Allows you to customize your voicemail. 
  4. If Record a custom message is clicked, additional recording controls appear. 
  5. Clicking on the Record button allows you to record your message.
  6. Clicking the Stop button stops the recording. 
    • Note: Recordings cannot exceed one minute. 
  7. (Optional) Click Play Recording to hear a playback. 
  8. Click Save Changes when finished.
