User's can use a default or set up a custom outgoing voicemail greeting when using the outbound caller.
- In the top navigation bar, click your account name > Manage Voicemail.
- Under Current outgoing voicemail message:
- If the default message is being used, the text of the transcription shows.
- If a custom recording is being used, the playback options show.
- Under Create a new voicemail message:
- Use the system message - This is the default voicemail transcription highlighted above.
- Record a custom message - Allows you to customize your voicemail.
- If Record a custom message is clicked, additional recording controls appear.
- Clicking on the Record button allows you to record your message.
- Clicking the Stop button stops the recording.
- Note: Recordings cannot exceed one minute.
- (Optional) Click Play Recording to hear a playback.
Click Save Changes when finished.
