How to View Synced Office 365 Emails in Contacts

1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Contacts. 
2. Use the search bar to quickly find your contact(s). 
   • Search by name, email, or phone number. If you are searching by email address, the contact must have the same email address as the one you are using in Office 365.
3. Click on the name of the contact. 
4. Click on the Communications tab.
5. View your recent Outlook email activity.
