October’s release further empowers our clients, and their loan officers, to execute, with updates to Lead Management, AI Assistants, and more.

For lenders with branch and team structures, making routing changes to Lead Management no longer requires asking an admin. Branch and team managers can now manage their own lead sources and routing, while admins keep full oversight. Organizations can also make Pipeline Views the landing page when loan officers log in to Total Expert, so they can jump right into their day without any extra clicks. And when a loan officer is away from their desk, group messaging in the Mobile App keeps borrowers, co-borrowers, and agents in the same text thread.

As many lenders have learned, some of the best opportunities are already in their contact database: potential borrowers whose pre-approvals have expired, and past customers who have built equity in their homes. The AI Sales Assistant now has Aged Pre-Approval and HELOC talk tracks ready to pick those conversations back up on behalf of the loan officer so those opportunities don’t fall through the cracks.

Admins now have ways to fine-tune their efforts. Enrichment & Insights (formerly Customer Intelligence) settings now support “And/Or” rules so admins can monitor multiple customer segments at once, plus a “Most Recent Funded Loan” option. AI Data Assistant is now available for admins to ask natural-language questions about their Enrichment & Insights data and get an answer immediately.

Admins at organizations using AI assistants also get a clearer view and more control. A new Analytics tab shows how the Scenario Assistant and SMS Assistant are being used, including outcomes and ROI signals, and new persona and custom instruction settings let admins shape how the SMS Assistant sounds so its messages match their brand and compliance needs.
