Emails from Blend
Note
You can only turn off follow-up emails while all other emails cannot be turned off. Blend’s emails are transactional and aren’t personalized from the LO.
Emails include:
- Activating their account
- Account has been activated
- Complete the application
- Complete a Follow-up request
Total Expert Email & SMS
TE complements Blend's transactional notifications with emails that are personalized from the LO, SMS texts, tasks, and more.
TE journeys monitor both the status of the Blend application and every part of the contact and loan which is used to trigger communication.
Total Expert can trigger emails off the following:
- New contact creation (Ex: realtor referral, lunch and learn)
- Existing contact detail updates (Ex: updated email and group assignment)
- Contact dates (Ex: birthday)
- Loan data update (Ex: milestone updates)
- Loan dates (Ex: clear to close date)
- Blend application updates (Ex: blend application status)
- Contact opting into or out of text messaging
- Contact engaging with emails (Ex: opened, clicked, and unsubscribed)
- Contact assignment (Ex: assigning to a LOA)
