There are two types of groups you can create:
- Manual Group - A group that does not have any connected criteria or filters added. This method is only if you want to manually add or remove contacts from the group.
- Smart Group - A group that automatically and dynamically adjusts the contacts within the group due to certain filters or conditions that you have added. Click HERE to learn more.
Create a Manual Group
- Navigate to Leads & Contacts > Groups.
- Click the +Create button.
- Input a name and a description for the group then click the Submit button.
- Note: Do not add any criteria under the Smart Group Filters heading.
