How to Assign Groups to Auto Campaigns

Some users already have their contacts automatically added to groups that are attached to auto campaigns. Existing group assignments are noted with check marks. 


The auto campaigns only send an email to contacts that qualify to receive it. 


Ex: If you have an auto campaign that sends emails when loan statuses are changed to funded, you can assign contacts that do not have loans and they will not receive an email. If those contacts close on loans in the future, they would receive an email. 


  1. On the left navigation, click Campaigns > Auto Campaigns
  2. Under the Actions column, click Actions > Edit Group Assignment
  3. Select your group(s), then click Submit



Tip
Clicking Actions > Preview Email allows you to view the email that is scheduled to send.
