How to Email Contacts in the Call Queue

  1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Call Queue.
  2. Under the Standard sub page, click on the name of the contact. 
  3. Click on the email of the contact OR click Actions > Email > Send email
    • You cannot email contacts through the Actions dropdown if the contact is unsubscribed. 
    • Clicking on the contact's email opens your primary email browser window.
