How to Log Outcomes in the Call Queue

  1. On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Call Queue.
  2. Under the Standard sub page, click on the name of the contact. 
  3. On the right side of the page, click the blue paper icon. 
    • A slide out page appears. 
  4. Choose an outcome from the dropdown list. 
  5. (Optional) Input notes about the outcome. 
  6. (Optional) Create a follow-up task for this outcome. 
  7. Click Save when finished.
