The Tidalwave integration connects Total Expert with the Tidalwave point-of-sale platform. When you use the integration, borrower contacts that are created in Tidalwave flow into Total Expert automatically, application activity appears as Insights that can trigger Journey automation, and loan officers can start a Tidalwave application directly from a Total Expert contact record.

This feature is available to organizations that use Tidalwave as their point of sale. Setup requires an implementation engagement. To get started, contact your CSM.
What you can do
Sync borrower contacts
When a borrower originates in Tidalwave, Total Expert automatically creates or matches their contact record with full borrower details and loan officer assignment. If the contact already exists, deduplication logic merges the records.
View application activity as Insights
As a borrower moves through the Tidalwave application, Total Expert receives activity signals as Insights—including when a loan application is started, submitted, or abandoned. These Insights appear on the contact record and can be used as Journey triggers.
Start an application from Total Expert
Loan officers can push a contact into a Tidalwave application directly from the contact record using the Outbound Data Connector, without leaving Total Expert. A Journey can also trigger this automatically.
Set up Journey automation
You can use Tidalwave Insight types as Journey triggers and conditions. For example, you can set up a Journey to send an email when a borrower starts or abandons an application.
