- On the left navigation, click Leads & Contacts > Call Queue.
- Under the Standard sub page, click on the name of the contact.
- On the right side of the page, click Actions > Configure Journeys.
- A slide out page appears.
- If the contact is currently in a journey, the active journey appears.
- Click Add Journey.
- Choose a journey from the drop down menu.
- (Optional) Choose a co-marketer.
- Select a trigger to start the journey.
- Click Save.
